Our exhibit space is a 6 ft. skirt, banquet table. You may bring your free-standing booth backdrop as long as it is no bigger than 8 ft. wide. Electricity and/or phone lines need to be ordered from the hotel. Contact the Convention Services Manager at the Marriott City Center, Newport News.
REGISTRATION & COSTS
All people attending the conference, including exhibitor staff, must be registered. Exhibitor Registration includes two conference registration and meals. Additional staff must be registered as an attending guest.
EXHIBIT DATES, INCLUDING SET UP AND TEAR DOWN
Exhibit Set-Up: Thursday, November 2nd – 9 a.m.
Exhibits Open: Thursday, November 2nd – 10a.m. to 7p.m.
Friday, November 3rd – 7:30 a.m. – 12 noon
Exhibit Tear-down: Friday, November 3rd – 12 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Booth space is not pre-assigned. Tables will be claimed by the exhibiting companies at the conference on a first-come, first served basis.
The exhibitor understands that neither the Virginia Manufacturers Association nor the Westin Hotel maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor’s property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
SHIPPING COSTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
Shipping, receiving, set-up and break-down and return shipping of any company materials are the responsibility of each exhibitor.
