Based on Shingo Principles of continuous improvement and the EPA’s Lean Energy Toolkit, the CIEA “Lean to Green” Action Learning Lab is designed to train individuals to improve employee morale, individual and company performance and company profitability at all levels of the organization by highlighting value and non-value added activities.
If interested in adding on a two-day “Lean to Green” action learning lab for cohorts of 5-10 people to follow completion of the online training, please contact Katherine DeRosear at 804-643-7489 ext. 22 or kderosear@vamanufacturers.com.
