VMA Event Center to Meet All Your Needs
The VMA offers several unique spaces which are ideal for banquets, small conferences,
board meetings, training, receptions and on demand office space. Guests have access to
Wi-Fi throughout the property and free onsite parking. Catering options for all spaces are
available upon request.
VMA Event Center
Full Day: $750 – member rate | $1,000 – non-member rate
Half Day: $500 – member rate | $750 – non-member rate
This multi-use event space can host a wide range of events such as meetings, receptions, networking, workshops, trainings, and more.
Area – 65’ x 32’-6” | 2080 sq ft
Capacity – 100
The room features three 70” presentation monitors, wireless or wired
HDMI transmitter and receiver capabilities, podium with
microphone (wireless and lapel mic option available), and A/V
controls on podium. The Basic Audio-Visual Equipment package is
an additional $250 per day.
WiM Virginia Conference Room
Full Day: $200 – member rate | $500 – non-member rate
Half Day: $50 – member rate | $200 – non-member rate

Capacity – 12
The WiM Virginia Conference Room can accommodate smaller
meetings with ability to broadcast virtually using your laptop, 70”
wall mounted TV, and wireless/wired HDMI transmitter and receiver
capability.
MSI Training Lab
Full Day: $400 – member rate | $650 – non-member rate
Half Day: $275 – member rate | $425 – non-member rate
The MSI Training Lab offers a versatile space for training sessions,
workshops, and small meetings. The room’s amenities and features are ideal for interactive learning experiences.
Area – 25’-4” x 27’-10” | 648 sq ft
Capacity – 30
The room features one 75” presentation monitor, wireless or wired
HDMI transmitter and receiver capabilities, an instructor station, and
A/V controls. The Basic Audio-Visual Equipment package is an
additional $125 per day.
Daily Workstation Rental
$50 for a day | $200 for a week
Area – 648 sq ft
On demand office space is available to VMA members who need to
focus and get work done. A workstation includes desk, chair,
overhead light and frosted sliding door for privacy. Members also
have access to the VCBG Craft Beer Lounge which includes general
office kitchen setup.
VCBG Craft Beer Lounge
$100 per hour | Minimum of 2 Hours
Are you looking for a unique space to host your next happy hour or
small gathering? If you are a fan of craft beer, the Virginia Craft Beer
Lounge is the perfect place for your next event. This unique space
celebrates the Virginia Craft Beer industry complete with tap wall
representing breweries from across the Commonwealth. This space
can accommodate up to 30 guests with a mobile bar and access to
kitchen setup.
