We’re excited to be back in-person for this year’s annual WiM Virginia Spring Summit. This year’s theme is “TogetHER We’re Better”. This half day event will feature amazing thought leaders, roundtable discussions and bring peers from across the Commonwealth to connect, share experiences and learn – together. The WiM Virginia Mentoring Program will also be graduating their second class of participants at the event and kicking off the 2023-2024 session. Attendees can also have a professional head shot photo taken at the event at no additional cost, however you must sign up during the registration process to reserve a spot.

Join Allison Grealis as she discusses the current state of women in the manufacturing industry and the importance of women in the industry supporting, promoting, and inspiring one another. Allison will discuss her personal passion for women supporting and advancing each other and her lifelong commitment to representing the underrepresented and rallying people together for mission-driven work. She also will share the origin story of the Women in Manufacturing Association, review the organization’s powerful resources for supporting manufacturing women, and discuss the impact their group has had during the last 12 years.

Join Clare Miller, EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer at Atlantic Union Bank, as she shares her passion to bring more gender diversity into leadership positions. Clare has been a Human Resources practitioner for more than 20 years. Creating a “best place to work” culture has been a core and consistent tenant throughout her career. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Clare served at Huntington Bank where she was a proud contributor to the attainment of the 2022 Forbes Best Large Employer Award. In 2019, her team was awarded the Team Excellence Award by Columbus CEO magazine, and previously in 2015 she was named HR Executive of the Year. Clare will cover four ways to stand out in your career and share a little secret no one will tell you about.
