The WIM Virginia Spring Retreat is an annual half-day event that inspires, empowers, and connects women in manufacturing across the Commonwealth. The program features dynamic thought leaders, interactive roundtable discussions, and meaningful opportunities for participants to share experiences and learn from one another. 

The retreat also celebrates the accomplishments of the WIM Virginia Mentoring Program’s graduating class and concludes with a networking happy hour, giving attendees a valuable chance to build connections and strengthen relationships within the manufacturing community.

No.  We do not offer a trade show at this event.
