Backed by a $4.8 million U.S. Small Business Administration Empower to Grow grant, Path to Prime connects manufacturers in Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania with the world’s largest buyer of goods and services. The Virginia Manufacturers Association and the Manufacturing Skills Institute lead the program, in partnership with the Pennsylvania Manufacturers’ Association and the West Virginia Manufacturers Association.
Participating manufacturers can get:

- Digital engineering training, including access to the new Digital Twin Engineering Lab
- Cybersecurity readiness support
- Supplier qualification help
- Matchmaking with prime contractors
- Federal contracting guidance
